Tamas achieved what was nearly impossible and was able to sell my co-op unit that could only be sold for cash due to it being in the midst of a condo conversion process. Not only did he navigate that, he investigated on his own what some of the problems were that were holding up the conversion, and he stayed on top of the management company and the Board to try and facilitate a lagging approval and buying/selling process. I really enjoyed working with him. He is an action person, he gets the job done and really makes an effort to achieve a good result.
